We represent you only after we have agreed to, in writing, and after we have checked that we have no conflict with anyone else involved. Until then, nothing you send us is protected the way a client’s communication is.

The worked examples and figures on this site are invented, to show how we think about a matter. They are not past clients and not past results. Every case is different, and the outcome of one matter does not predict another.

Fees and costs

Our fees are quoted in writing after the first conversation. Court fees, agency and clinic charges, escrow fees and the other side’s lawyer are paid to them, not to us.

What we are not

We are a law firm. We are not an adoption agency, fertility clinic or matching service, and we do not place children or recruit surrogates or donors. We are not affiliated with any agency or clinic.

Confidential information

Please don’t send confidential details, such as the names of a donor, a carrier or a birth parent, medical information or case numbers, through the contact form or by email before we have agreed to represent you.
