This policy explains what Ashcombe Vasilakis LLP collects through this site and what it does with it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you type. Our hosting provider also keeps ordinary server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you visited, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to decide whether we can help. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only the lawyers and staff of the firm, and the service providers that host the site and deliver our email, under terms that restrict their use of it.

Keeping your message private

A message sent through a website is not the same as a conversation with a client. Please keep confidential details out of it until we have agreed to work together.

Your choices

To ask us to delete a message you sent, write to hello@ashcombevasilakis.com. We will do so unless we are required to keep it.
